How do I return an item?

Return the item to the address below.  Please include your name and order name in the return.

All returns must comply with the terms and conditions (see returns and exchanges policy).

Received the wrong item?

Please call the store on (02) 4455 7899 to arrange the correct item to be sent, a credit or refund.  Please include your name and order name in the return.  Once we have received the item back your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take, and whom will my item be shipped with?

All orders are sent parcel post or express post, depending on your selection at the checkout and will be sent using Australia Post.

All orders received by 1 pm (standard business days) will be packed and sent on the same day.

Orders received on the weekend or designated public holidays will be packed and shipped on the next business day.
