Online Boutique Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new purchase from Coyote Boutique. However, if in the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with your online order, we offer the following returns policy.

Online Boutique Return & Exchange Policy.

This returns policy applies only to items purchased online not in-store.

At Coyote Boutique, we will offer an exchange, credit note or refund on full priced items, only when:

  • Items are returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed and are in the exact condition in which they were sent out.

  • Item ordered is wrongly described or different from the item ordered 

  • Items must be received back to Coyote Boutique within 7 days from receiving the item.  We recommend using express post services with tracking when returning goods.

Please note

  • Return approval will be at the discretion of Coyote Boutique

  • Due to limited stock availability, we may not be able to offer you an exchange. Should this be the case, you will be notified and offered a credit note or refund

  • If you wish to make an exchange, both return and re-send shipping charges will be incurred by you, the customer. You will be contacted by Coyote Boutique to pay additional shipping and items will not be sent until freight charges have been paid. It is suggested that you include a prepaid satchel with your return which we will use to deliver your exchange item/s

  • Should you receive your goods and change your mind or wish to return due to incorrect sizing ordered then return freight charges will be at your expense. Should your returned item meet all of the aforementioned conditions then we will refund your order, less original freight paid.

Important

We do not accept return/exchanges on the following items

  • SALE items (any item that has been reduced)

  • Hats

  • Accessories

  • Bags

Online store credit notes will expire 6 months from the date of issue and can be used to stock ONLINE ONLY (online credits may NOT be used in-store).

Online returns can be made via our online boutique or in store.

How to Return an Item:

Please email coyoteboutique@gmail.com with the tracking number of the parcel you are returning to us and advise us in your email why the item/s are being returned. Please then immediately return to our address below.

Please display your order numberfirst name and last name clearly on the outside of your return.

It is highly recommended that you send your items back via registered post where a signature on delivery and a tracking number is included.  This is proof that items have been sent back within the 7 day return time frame and minimises the parcel getting lost in transit.

All returns MUST comply with all of the above.

If re-shipping is required due to your return parcel being 'returned to sender', any additional freight charges will be at the expense of you (the customer).  

All Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days by Coyote Boutique receiving the goods and you will receive a confirmation email when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Faulty Items

Coyote Boutique will provide you with a repaired item, replaced item or if this is not possible a credit note or refund will be offered for all items where:

  • Goods are received in a damaged condition

  • Manufacturing Faults

Please note items that have been damaged by wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If an item is considered damaged or faulty, we will contact the supplier and it will be at their discretion to approve this return.  They will then notify us whether the item will be repaired or replaced.

Refunds for faulty items - If a repair or replacement is not available a refund or credit will be provided.  All shipping costs will be refunded.
